Refund Policy

At Beyond Barriers Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, and seminars. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to offer a clear and fair refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding our refund policy.

1. No Refunds for General Training, Workshops, and Seminars

1.1 Payments collected for general training sessions, workshops, and seminars are non-refundable.
1.2 Once a client signs up and makes a payment for any of these events, they acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.

2. Refunds for Privatized and Customized Workshops

2.1 We offer refunds for privatized and customized workshops conducted for companies, organizations, or institutions under specific conditions.
2.2 Refund eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation of the privatized or customized workshop must be made in writing and received by Beyond Barriers Consulting at least [insert specific number of days, e.g., 30 days] before the scheduled event date.
2.3 Refund amount:

    • If the cancellation is made within the stipulated time frame, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
    • If the cancellation is made after the stipulated time frame, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer the option to reschedule the workshop at a mutually agreed-upon date.

3. How to Request a Refund

    • Name of the company, organization, or institution
    • Date of the workshop
    • Reason for cancellation

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
4.2 Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

5.1 Beyond Barriers Consulting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. 
5.2 It is the responsibility of the client to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
